DELIVERING VALUE TO OUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH A LEAN MANAGEMENT APPROACH

Topflight Travel Group was a relatively early service-sector adopter of Lean Management processes, which have enabled the company to achieve substantial improvements in efficiency and customer and employee satisfaction.

 

In roles ranging from hospitality, finance, operations, sales, marketing and software development, the company now employs over 60 staff in its offices in Dublin, Brighton and the French Alps and a further 120 seasonal staff overseas, all of whom have received training in Lean and are actively involved in improvement projects.

In Spring 2023, Ski Beat hosted delegates from across Europe to showcase Lean in hospitality and discuss how to inspire the next generation of Lean leaders.
